Ingredients
- 1 pound Lamb Chops, bone in
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.4 oz Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 10 turns Black Pepper, freshly cracked

Use a knife to remove excess fat from the surface of the lamb chops and cut into bone-in pieces.

Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl, then stir evenly.

Spread the marinade evenly over the lamb chops and marinate for 1-2 hours.
