How do I change the language on the device?
1. Press and hold both the '<' and '>' buttons on the base for more than 5 seconds and show the reset device confirmation.
2. Press the '>' button to select 'Reset', followed by pressing 'O' to confirm and restore the base to its factory settings.
3. The base screen will display the 'Select language' interface. Use the '<' or '>' buttons to choose a language, then press 'O' to confirm and switch the language.
Can I reset the target temperature during cooking?
Yes, you can reset the target temperature on the Device Base or by using the Typhur app.

What does the Device Base do?

Do I need to be on WiFi to use Typhur Sync Quad?
No, you don't need to be on WiFi to use the Typhur Sync Quad wireless thermometer. You can use the Device Base and Probes connected by Bluetooth without the Typhur app. However, it is recommended to be on WiFi when using the Typhur app.
How can I check my battery levels?
You can check the battery levels on the app or on the Device Base screen. The Device Base screen will show the progress of charging.
Is the Probe dishwasher safe?
Yes, Sync Quad probes meet IPX8 standards and are fully dishwasher-safe.
Is it possible to purchase only a Probe instead of the entire set?
Individual probes are currently unavailable. However, if there is any issue with your Probe, you can contact our support team and get a proper solution.
Can I grill over open fire with Sync Quad probes?
Yes. The ambient sensor of Typhur Sync Quad can withstand up to 752℉/400℃. The product will alert you if the temperature exceeds this range for more than 2 minutes.
Can I use Typhur Sync Quad to deep fry food?
Yes. With high-temperature resistance (internal temp up to 221°F/105°C and ambient temp up to 752°F/400°C), Typhur Sync Quad can be used with deep frying.
